I use all ISK gear and ALWAYS get top 3 of my team. Also all it does is give you more CPU or be able to use proto gear at advanced level.

There has yet to be a scout I could not kill But I do believe the heavy suit needs to buffer up. Although I heard next build they are adding resistance amplifiers for dropsuit armor/shield.
