Oh does the gear you wear in a tank affect its abilities now?
Just kidding. I actually saw you in one of the matches and you were at least 3 yards away from it. |

rsults wil be public for next build user to know whethter or not its worth the tiresome grind to spec the suit to there stly we all assum it is but the logi suit seems to b overrated so were looking into that plus the heavy suit has some unseen advantages with cardio mods.. but all in all we need volunteers |

I'll try to save you some time and SP.
Proto Assault is only somewhat better than the Type-II for higher CPU/PG except for the fact that Type-II has far better shield HP and reduced delay for regen. For some, it's better to go as Type-II from the beginning of the build due to low ISK cost and high suit durability.
Proto Heavy is somewhat useless even with higher CPU/PG due to low shield HP, regen rate and delay. In long encounters the user will eventually be killed for not being able to quickly restore valuable armor and shields. The Type-II far exceeds all other heavy dropsuits in combat durability as it's shields could reach the 500s and can regenerate faster.
Proto Logistics may be (I said "may", I need to personally test -.-) the best suit to use in combat. Aside from the obvious (dat massive CPU/PG :3), durability can be greatly increased by adding the following modules:
-x3 Complex Shield Extenders -Complex Shield Regenerator (42%) -Basic Armor Plates (? just one "may" not let you jump over most objects) -Complex Armor Repairer ?-Complex Cardiac Regulator (or just use militia to save SP...) ?-Complex Kinetic Catalyzer (Logi is slow atm... need a safe escape from firefights) ?-Complex Shield Regulator (might help or not at all)
? = requires testing
Only clear downside is the lower movement speed and lack of a secondary weapon (with enough SP, upgrade rapid reload to compensate) |

Last build I bought 300 Proto assault for the same reason. Ran 2mil profit on the first 100 1.5 mil down on the second (15-17 in a single game cost 1.4 mil because I wouldn't change out of my 75k suit while being tank camped). And 500k up from the last batch. I used the odd heavy suit /drop ship now and again but meh. 95% in Proto last build. Prices this build would make my 1.4 mil loss around 4mil. Only takes 1 bad game in proto. |
