Depends on the weapon you are using mostly. Seems to be around 1500+ at prototype levels. It is like a slower more resistant slayer logi from what I have seen. Not too many using heavy weapons in the games I have played.

I have been running Infantry and it seems like the Rail Rifle got hit in the kick department. It is flying all over the place for me, more than it was before. Anyone else notice this? Also, 'stealth nerf': 250 MS charge time to 300 MS charge time.
