TTK seems to be really, really weird for me. There are time where I melt people instantly and others where it seems like I am throwing wet toilet paper at people. It likely has to do with higher HP on some fits. Hard to tell which it is going to be until you start shooting at them.
Reload bonus on Caldari Assault is very, very meh. It reloads about half a second faster but it isn't that useful. With everyone being harder to kill, a Sidearm is something I finally consider necessary. Of course, swapping is faster than reloading so the bonus is kind of peeing on its own feet.
Scrambler is a still really scary. It is doing more damage to my Armor than I would have expected.

1.8 sounds good but you'll need to wait til patch 1.8B because from my understanding nothing is currently working as intended so you'll be hard pressed to judge balance on that. |

Amarr Scout Dropsuits skill has a 4x multiplier, should be 8x
All SP spent like a ******* idiot, now wondering when the hotfix lands to take my scout from 5 to 2

Prototype everything is everywhere. Cloaks work but can be managed by being aware. The new suits look good and the Min logi #logilove bonus is spot on. The battles I played were hectic and more drawn out than yesterday but good players still kill quick. HMGs are a terror along with cloaked shortly scouts. I only say one DS and a handful of LAVs, not one HAV in the handful of games I played. The advanced magsec kicks hard and takes a few times to learn its quirks. Two nades is different but manageable and the LR is still good but requires skill and practice. Long uplink waits and sometimes it is hard to find a hive but most if not all of that will change when everyone settles down some.

Loving it. The range is better if maxed and the rep amount is slightly better but almost seems a little weak to require level five. I use a Sever BPO and it didn't take long to get used to it when compared to yesterday. If you like rep tools then it is the go to suit.

Yeah TTK really isn't looking all THAT much different. I'm still blasting clone skulls with my Toxin AR just as well as before.
Also you are likely hallucinating that reload speed increase. Because the Assault suits appear to be bugged and not recieving their racial bonuses.
