Gallente Sentinel will be the best. Gallente Assault could've been the best. Gallente Logistics will still be awesome, but not much with equipments. Gallente Scout is the best. Not sure about the Commando. Never looked at its specs.

Depends. I'm better with scouts overall since I don't like being scanned and enjoy running fast. Minmatar assault will be getting their CR clip up so the BK users will rejoice. Amarr scouts will be able to cloak.
