The ScR is OP, IMO.
The good news is that it requires quite a bit of skill to use it effectively -- which limits its usage and thus you don't read QQing about it as often as other rifles. |

I specced into scrambler rifle prof 4 on may 15th, but didn't get prof 5 until maybe a few months later.
No one used them when they first came out, but I was killing all those caldari logistics like they were nothing. The tactical was better for most players because they already had AR skills.
Then we get two new rifles and all of a sudden no one uses ARs anymore and we see RRs EVERYWHERE. Then for some reason a bunch of people start thinking the SR is OP. like wtf.
