Can't go wrong with passives. I have all maxed except engineering and electronics which I have at 3. It'll get boring, though, so I suggest unlocking the standard or advanced variant of 1 suit to have spice in your fittings. Or 2 standards.

Gallente. If you have max skills you can avoid anything with a complex dampner (cheap to fit) and then tout still have 1 low and 1 high. You could also ditch the dampner if you're feeling frisky since you'll have good passive dampning anyways and...
