You mean actually make the Assault Swarm Launcher a bit more use? The ranges should be looked at, too. The Assault should have more range if it is intended for dropships and the breach less (even though it's supposed to be the other way around).

Sure. I'm alright with this. However, I don't think it should be a lot. Probably around the Ferroscale area since both don't affect movement speed. If this is the case, it would mean +10 shields per tier.
