there are other threads on this, but I think it came down to CCP stating that they might or don't want HP bonus on the suits. They want them on modules instead. its a beta I wouldnt get to used to anything just yet, stratagies are likely to change.

Personally I think damage bonuses should stay on weapon skills. You could always buy a suit with more slots. I would rather train for damage bonus than buy them.

People need to stop staying in one spot, of course its easy to kill someone with a sniper rifle when they are just standing exposed. You guys do understand how snipers work, right?
