I use them. They are effective against shouts, when a heavy creeps up on me so it can give me a chance of getting the jump on him, and when you encounter merc's in large groups. I don;t need them to to be good but they are effective none the less....

They gave me a full refund. There is no rumble feature. and there is one more cool feature on the controller itself, if you hold the start and select button on the controller it will swat the trigger buttons.
