I think the heavy should only be as effective as it currently is with a logi. A heavy with alone is a tough fight but with a logi you kind just gotta run.

It's only plus side really is how consistent it is compared to the other rifles. It only takes a little more skill to make the other rifles perform 20% better in most cases.
