For the record about proto suits you claim to kill with RE's and them raging. Most people that use those suits can spam the full fit longer than you can spam your RE so i doubt they'll be raging. Doesn't take away the fact the nerf is coming and ...

Agreed. Laser rifles are super rare though, so im not calculating those as a thread. The shield delay reset after 1 or even 0 damage from splash or super long range **** me off too. It should have a damage threshold
