Lol, the other day i made a 'suicide' shotgunner fit, 'Valor' scout with CRG-3 and a complex dmg mod with only kincats and i believe a pg upgrade. No tank. I could even beat an amarr heavy 1 on 1. I killed like 16 before my first death, i survive...

Feels there's no damage buff at all, doesn't have range in any weapon and it's too slow to survive anything, can't strafe well, even when it's not armor stacking. Can't do anything in CQC either unless against starter fits. It's just a soft baloo...
