It's your mindset. Many run proto thinking they are invincible and easily get themselves into situations that anyone in their right minds especially standard suits would not be in PERIOD. You perhaps change your approach more than you think.

Also the way you fit your proto min assault......I see why, THAT IS NOT A GOOD PRO MIN ASSAULT FIT. Also, you are not hit and running like a min assault should. I have gone 52/1 in an ambush with my pro assault and only died because i got greedy chasing a red and ran into his 3 heavy buddies who knew i was coming.

Highly recommend searching the forums for min assault fits, Heck i could give you two if you want, just message me.

Same thing happens when I run with and without a squad.

I perform better in ****** BPO/standard gear because I really don't care about dying. It makes me play very aggressively and typically I get kills because the proto guys is being careful hiding behind cover expecting me to do the same, and instead I come flying around the corner with a PLC. I just feel a lot more 'at home' in my cheap bpo suits with a trusty SMG and some form of AR. Either that or a cheap bpo heavy with militia forge. (Ok I lied a little, I do like to pull out the Gastuns forge if vehicles **** me off) I suppose when you use the cheap stuff for so long, as much as the proto gives you an impressive boost to stats and stuff, maybe somehow it makes us more silly in battle? That fit specifically is built for a bit of tank with regen, what isn't hit and run about it?. It has an energizer, 2 shield regulators, 1 kin kat and a reactive plate. It has high regen and about 8.35 sprint speed. I have a shotty fit which runs at about 9.35. Please do not start preaching to me, i have been playing since beta. That was spiffing.

You get much more respect from me then when i get clipped by a frontline suit with proto weapon. Proto is like ****, quick easy & way to instant gratification. Says nothing about your skill. Have you considered a career in costumed aggression?

No tank. I could even beat an amarr heavy 1 on 1. I killed like 16 before my first death, i survived in circumstances where i wouldn't if i was in any other suit. Crazy stuff!
