Or make armor have some other inherent bonus, equal to the shield regeneration quality. Perhaps armor should have a greater natural resistance than shields, add that to armor hardeners and boom! Armor is viable.

Don't see the problem here, the suggestions make sense. A free LAV can OHK somone with AV nades paid for in ISK, so why doesn't the AV nades cost someone the LAV? Although militia LAVs should be cheap, like 75,000 ISK

I don't see why not allowing all weapons to be fired, as long as the backblast from firing the weapons transferred to the dropship. Firing a forge gun in flight would rock the dropship pretty far to the side, probaby just slightly less than gettin...
