It's slow, it can only be either tank or gank, and it has no sidearm, which, when you play without, is actually a pretty massive downside. Reloading makes them instantly vulnerable.

So, he stuck with his squad, and killed you in a militia suit. Hm.. But I agree, it is slightly OP, only fix needed is that damage buildup over time needs a drastic increase in length. SO that max damage is done in the last 10-15 bullets.

Grodd, 9 K hp is nothing. If you're going for straight tank, you should have at least 2-3 k more than that, otherwise take off one of the armor plates for some resists or hardeners. I also doubt you had a repper on?
