CCP Income from EvE: 361 000 Active Subs - 15 000 (Who might pay with Plex) x $15 x 12 = $62 100 000 a year. 
Let's say about 3/4 is gone from income tax, paying employees, server maintenance, advertising etc. 
Still about $15 525 000 net profit.
And these numbers aren't even exact, I'm exaggerating the expenses by a lot.

No, the " 361 000 Active Subs - 15 000 (Who might pay with Plex)" part. Plex are bought from CCP. Just because you fund an account by buying plex with isk, doesn't mean that someone that sold you that plex did not buy it from ccp.
Anyway, that's not really "loaded" for a game company.
