The best advice I can give you is to split the heavys attention two players at 90 degrees of the heavy both shooting one will die the other will live and get the kill....sometimes Grenades wreck a heavy we can't jump away from them.

I use this tactic and I must say I am shocked at how many times someone is more focus on shooting the LAV instead of looking for the beast who just jumped out. I personally learned this lesson once, and now carry AV nades and laugh my a** off eve...
