The number one lag issue for me is when restocking fits after death. It can take up to 20 seconds to restock a fit.

600 It takes about a month to train an 8x skill from lvl 4 to lvl 5 in EVE, and about 2400 sp to train an 8x skill from lvl 4 to 5 in dust. So 2400/4 = 600.
