No. Any nerfs to uplinks will further screw over scouts and make us even more irrelevant. The only thing I would support would be to make them scout only equipment. That would lessen the amount of spam and help give scouts a clearly defined role.

IMHO KBM should be removed. Want to use your KBM go play some thing on your computer. Want to play a console game pick up a ******* controller. KBM has no place in a console exclusive game, pick up a ******* controller or go back to PC gaming.

Along with the other ideas posted how about scout suits get a bonus to shotgun and sniper rifle damage? Maybe something like 3-5% depending on the level of the suit to somewhat make up for the lack of high slots.
