I've actually had some pretty good luck with the Scout suit. I can go 10:2ish fairly regularly with a handful of caps at the start of the round. I have 2 primary loadouts, 1 in which I'm the fastest player on the map (usually) with a 8% speed buff...

I agree with the "not enough" camp. Last build I had no ISK worries with roughly the same character profile/dropsuit fitting. I got in late to the Precusor build but still managed to get 5mil ISK and growing by the reset with my character developm...
