I can deal 462 dmg with my Thale's Sniper Rifle...that's Sniper Prof Lvl 3, Weaponry 5 and 2 Complex Dmg mods. I'm pretty sure that's a OSK to the head...not so to the torso.

Has this problem even been acknowledged? If there is no mention of a fix in the patch notes I'm going to blow my top. I love being dead on aimed at a guy hacking a null cannon (standing still) and firing two shots to the torso that do zero damage.
