Today I have had 4 low payouts sub 34k. I don't think performance plays a role in this becuase last match we won and i was 12/2 with 1k wp (no I wan't WARRIORing it either) Anyone else getting these

I disagree. CCP has set out to balance skill point acqusition for casual/consistant players and hardcore/grind players. The model as it exists today does that. Hardcore grinders will still be able to and will have more SP then the casual gamer....
