It needs to be shortened. I am not going to wait 15 seconds. It should be reduced to 10 seconds. Actually 4 seconds exclusive to owner, and another 4 exclusive to squad would probably be fine.

I agree that it is easy to get a lot of War Points as a Logi. I donGÇÖt agree that just getting a lot of War Points makes you good. I mostly play my Heavy these days. Recently I have been playing with a really good logi-bro. There is a difference.
