I had this happen to but not exactly, this happened to me only when spawning not randomly when playing. The gun and corsair would not show up bit I could still shoot. Looked like I was firing from my fingers but I couldn't reload or aim.

Jetpacks could be used in the equipment slot and would have high PG and mid CPU. The jetpack would have a charge time of about .75 sec with a -.5 sec charge time per level, and a 10m vertical jump with 1.5m increase per level.
