The AScR seems to be the only light weapon IMO that needs tweaking(lower damage and increase heat build up). I think we are close to achieving the point where players will choose weapons based on preference and not what is "good"... Hopefully once...

Best option is join Immortal Guides, ask for Fox Gaden and they will get you set up. I highly recommend you join that corp and this channel: Learning Coalition You should stick with them for a while before you move to a "regular" corp like Horizon.
