I can't win w/this Gallente fit :/

I'm not the best of players, but I know that I don't outright suck. My fit has tank, reps, damage, and speed yet I can barely hold my own against an ADV Am or Min Assault. What am I doing wrong and how can I improve?

Assault Gk.0 Rifle of choice preferably creodron breach Creodron ion pistol. This thing wrecks in cqc Core locus grenade 3 krins mods (gives around 10% for both weapons with stack penalty) 1 complex Kincat 2 complex ferroscale 2 complex reps. It's fast, it's tanky and has really good reps, as well as lots of damage. I don't fit any equipment on mine anymore as it affected my performance. CEO of 48SOF Assault Gk.0-Scout Gk.0

Running away will prove effective at such times, but with scanners ever present on the field, it makes escaping hard if the enemy has a lock on you.

That's where the Gallente is strongest at. In cqc. Gallente suits aren't made for long range combat. Use it to its full potential. You have 508 armor tons of damage and 8 speed. You get almost 10% more damage to BOTH weapons and uses up less fitting space than complex mods. And they are bpo. CEO of 48SOF Assault Gk.0-Scout Gk.0

Don't sell those guns, strap them on a advanced suit, Add some myos Enhanced reps Ferros And slap whatever else you can fit on there and run it to the ground! The most fun I have had with this game is making a fit "expendable" And not restocking it or any part of it until the suit, or gun that I'm trying to get rid of Is gone. Ironicly I also do my best playing this way...wonder if there's a connection? Take the high ground!

You're not going to be able take on highly tanked players heads up, but rather hit them a few times, pop behind a corner and rep for a couple and then re engage. I'd replace the extender for a precision enhancer. And up that enhanced rep to complex.

On the lows, 2 ferros - 2 reps - 1 kincat or another ferro. I'd use a breach or Tac AR as for now the vanilla one is underperforming and an smg or BP as sidearm (screw that ion pistol, you already have a great anti-shield CQC weapon, don't need 2). I've tried various low combos with ferro/kincat/reps and swapped the scanner for a compact nano for more PG in speed tank fits but once the 3 damage mods went on I couldn't bear to drop them given how UP the AR feels especially as its range drops off. I still prefer min+ACR or even cal+RR/ARR, with gal you're forced into more CQC where scouts and heavies can do the job better. and yes tac burst and breach all feel better, I get nostalia for when the duvolle was king.
