I think it makes the weapon pretty balanced. The Minmatar SMG is still superior most aspects, but I'm having fun with the MagSec.

I think they should. This way, I can treat cloaked scouts like how I treat lone objectives--by spamming grenades to ensure that possible threats are taken care of.
