With profile dampening 5 you get 10 redux. With cloak on you get 25% giving you 26.5 profile. Is this not enough for most scanners? Serious question dunno stats right now of scanners I'm at work

I can now smoke a cigarette without getting mowed down by some one halfway across the map. That's the only reason its on half of a real scouts fitting. Otherwise were used to flanking you're ass anyways.
