CCP already said that they will add "infantry friendly" maps, meaning that we will expect somekind of cities or instalations for lots of CQC, meaning that snipers and even vehicles are not going to be really usefull there.

In the last build I had few frame lag spikes, and sometimes natural lag (mostly from my crappy south american internet connection) but this new build is running like the silk for me... well, frame lags once in a while but it's not a big deal since...
