I have no problem with proto in fw. But proto in public matches? I think that shouldn't happen. When I see proto in pub matches I go out of my way to kill them with my advanced scout and shotgun.

I am still getting the shield crackle with no damage remove from my enemies. It has gotten better since the fix but still needs some work as it is the difference between life and death for my scout. Thank you.
