Having passive bonuses is what made Chromosome so unbalanced. Now that bonuses are geared more to passive bonuses when equipping the related module, you can't just throw points into a ton of passive as an "I win button." SP still matters, but fitt...

This won't happen because it actually makes sense. If they try to do it, we'll wind up with something like a Gallente suit with bonuses to drones while said drones are still on the drawing board next to MTACS.
