The AR's get more kick as you progress through the tiers. So level 5 operation with militia AR has more pinpoint accuracy compared to Duvolle. GEK has the 'sweetspot' IMO.

I'm expecting a skill refund when the skills are re-iterated upon. You'll have your SP refunded into an unallocated pool, also the ISK spent on the the skills stripped form you will be refunded. You'll have to rebuy your skills, and respend the SP...
