With the team commands there would need to be an option to keep some in play for a longer period of time than just until the next order is issued as some may affect the entire team while others only affect the squad.

If you need AIM ASSIST on then you are doing it wrong. The aim assist provides a slight resistance on your reticle when sliding it over a target. It doesn't snap to like Fallout. What do you want it to act like with aim assist on? (I don't use it)
