See I thought that the only thing that effects your rep guns ability is getting a better rep gun. The other rep bonus applys to your dropsuit armor rep and vehicle. I could be wrong though. I'll try and test it tonight, since I should be upgrading...

Also you can have your squad leader set and OB then hop into the same lav/hav/dropship before the OB drops and you get vehicle assits. +75 and if it's a good OB the assists rack up.

From what I read of the OP is that he doesn't want done to him what he is doing to the "redberries". You can always call in a dropship and go up there. Snipe them from the mountains across the way, etc.etc. Or don't use a proto suit then.
