Counter forging works well against them. All you need is a platform where you can stand but not have your feet area exposed to forge AoE fire and retain body cover so only your bare minimum is exposed. Sniping with an SR is one of the worst things...

Both buffs were needed. 1 1/2 more bullets worth of armor per complex armor plate hardly warranted a 10% drop in speed. Its already been shown by the community that stacking complex plates just wasnt worth it.

Always assume your enemy's core skills are maxed out. Finding out what they're wearing isnt hard. Proto suit usually means proto mods, weapons are obvious, determining whether someone has more speed than normal comes with obvservatinoal experience...
