Im a semi-pro swimmer, and a lifeguard too (and teacher, and coach), and ive always found that traditional weightlifting excercises followed by a swim followed by either a run/bike ride works best. Keeps you fit, gives you stamina, and not too big...

Shield Vehicles > Armor Vehicles. Only exception may be LAVs. But Saga-II says otherwise. Shield Dropsuits < Armor Dropsuits. I use both. Caldari suits feel like paper - Amarr/Gallente feel like a literal tank.
