a hardener always out performs a dmg mod in a 1v1, so my dual hardener 1 extender rail fit with a 120mm plate and a repper will never die to a dual or even triple dmg mod tank as long as i see them coming.

Depends, if the enemy is armor, get up close with XT missiles. Most armor tanks cant even take AT missiles, none can take XT, and a dmg mod will let you miss a shot or two. For shield, rail + dmg mod. Always.

Really, theyre not. Im tired of the qq about something that can be killed so easily. My missle tank can take them out in less than 2 seconds. Rails have fairly easy time dealing with them too. Anything with a high alpha will drop them. Please stop...
