my problem is that CCP hasn't really tried to make any lasting fixes to important things. Hopefully 1.4 will bring some perminant fixes. then 1.5 will rebalance weapons i beleive. i can wait a month if i know things will be rebalanced. but if 1.4 ...

^^if its a direct hit the 1000 direct hit ddamage and all the splash damage will apply killing my heavy anyway....lol. plus, i am hoping CCP buffs plasma cannons soon. if they do this resistance won't be a problem.

indeed, i mean seriously a milita AR killing my heavy suit in 3.4 seconds unmodded, without proficiency, in 46 bullets? that literally means, with a STD AR spraying and praying close enough with nor damage boosts my heavy is dead in seconds.... wh...
