13602. Why isn't Dust Shield->Armor->Hull like Eve? - in General Discussions [original thread]
On top of the fact that they absolutely demolished the usefulness of armor tanking, it makes you feel like a real man because you're basically hull tanking. It's not needed on dropsuits, but vehicles...yes, it's very important.

13604. Rise of the Tanks (again) - in General Discussions [original thread]
Armor tanks make me sad...they're so damn slow, and have so few fitting options....also, I still don't understand why we don't have Hulls in DUST like we do in EVE. Shield tanks move quicker, repair faster, have more forgiving fitting options, and...

I don't mind the cap so much as I mind how they've handled the rate at which you get your SP. Right now, you get front loaded with SP so your first day or so of matches is great, and then the rest of the week it just feels like there's virtually n...

I pray to Satan and all the Gods both above and below that someone on my team has a Forge Gun. If I had known I'd be punished for not picking that specific form of AV, I would have just picked it up right away. Now I'm trying to save my SP that co...

13613. OPINION: Dust is a FPS just like Mass Effect is a FPS. - in General Discussions [original thread]
I think comparing it to Fallout 3 is a bit harsh, considering that's just an RPG with a picture of a FPS tagged onto it >_< But yes, DUST has strong ties to the MMORPG side, though it does need more in the ways of "Massive", aka, semi to f...
