Another issue is that it shoots grenades but handgrenades have only splash damage so has it impact damage and handgrenades not?

In EVE the 3PV is generated by camera drones that follow the ship. It would be nice if we had them here for vehicles too. They could be shooten down and then the driver has to use 1PV until another drone is ready. They could come from a drone bay...
