Perhaps a higher penalty to fitting HP modules would be better instead of a straight up nerf across the board? Make it so tanking a suit actually makes it feel like you're tanking and not just putting on an extra layer of clothing? Like with cloak...

I don't think anyone ever said they were hard to use. I only had one guy in the game try to shoot me down, chased me off with swarms a few times (Only have 2500 shielding) but I'm glad he wasn't using a forge gun or I might have gotten shot down. ...
