You actually should have more than enough to fully spec into both. Proto suits run about 2.5 million to spec into, and proto weapons are around 700K, not including proficiency.

I plan on ditching my Amarr logi and just going full scout, but that's about it. Got a few points in heavy/caldari/minmatar logi that I won't be needed anymore either. Scouts are just more fun.
