It's all about the shields. Oh and the cloak of course. Once you've got those two you can use the suit pretty much however you like. It's basically an assault suit with everything made easier.

? It's useful now. It's an anti shield weapon without the PG cost of the Scrambler. Shields are more common now thanks to the proficiency changes, and because of cloaks it is easy to get into the rifle's optimum. I suggest you get good al.
