I know how lag compensation works. For DUST's case, it calculates depending on ping where the target would be on your screen the moment you fired your gun, and then decides if it was a hit or not.

Holy ****, I just discovered it! I won't spoil the fun of figuring it out, but I'll give you guys a hint! The reason you can't do it with a sentinel is because of jump height, not because of equipment.
