Powergrid is a pointleess +1 for 1.8 heavies. A Gallente heavy, filling ALL OF IT'S SLOTS WITH PROTOTYPE, and I mean everything, weapons, grenades, modules, everything prototype, still has a fuckton of CPU/PG leftover.

Why not I guess? Gallente are armor regenerators, 20hp/s sounds like enough to be useful in battle. 2 seconds to fully heal 1.5 bullets. It's also as strong as an advanced armor rep hive.
