It will not be used. The small rail can already 1-2 shot most infantry units, is fairly rapid fire, has a decent clip size, has much more range, is pin point accurate and can help against enemy vehicles. It's already my main concern when I run AV...

As an Assault, I have all the rights in the world to complain. As a scout, lolno. As a Commando, I find that heavies die surprisingly quick combined with my Duvolle. That damage bonus really makes a huge difference.
