yes, sorry... its the logi lav... but it seems that its natural 30% resist is screwing everything up... base is 30%, lvl 5 shield upgrades is 10%, but mine is base 37%, not 40%, then my FIRST resist mod (15%) is only 9%... the stacking is glitched...
