Get a minmatar scout and a cloak. Dont put any health modules on it and give it a plasma cannon and only a plasma cannon. If the cloaks overpowered then you must surely be able to get a huge amount of kills using anything with it!

Doing that would break the min scout. I'm struggling to fit the most basic things on my scout due to the tiny amount of PG compared to other scouts. WTF is this anyway. The cloaks not even overpowered. People are too used to scouts being easy kills.
