I have phantom mails on all my 3 characters, on my main I have 9 unread mails that I cannot see and on others as well, even tho I haven't send any mails to anyone at all from my alts, not including main character.

To call for a OB on kb/m, press V on kb then select second option for off map support. Then to navigate through map you can move cursor the same way you move with your character. W/up S/down A/left D/right
